Responsibility Document
By filling out the following form I declare:
1. Be an expert climber and knowledgeable of all the material necessary for the practice of sport climbing and its correct use for its development.
2. Be knowledgeable about all the maneuvers and techniques that this sport requires for safe practice.
3. Be knowledgeable about the knots necessary to practice this sport.
4. Be familiar with all the center’s regulations that have been explained to me and given to me at reception and comply with them without exception.
5. Use the facilities correctly without putting my physical integrity or that of other users at risk.
6. That all the material I own that is used in these facilities is in perfect condition and complies with all safety regulations.
7. That I am responsible for any accident suffered due to negligence or confusion arising from my person.
8. Be aware that climbing is a risky sport that, due to human errors, can cause serious accidents that in some cases can be fatal.
